Designed for groups of 20-1000, Camp Cargill has you in mind. Enjoy top-flight facilities designed for groups of all sizes.
Cabins
Groups are housed in one or more of our 16 - 6,000 square foot cabins. Each cabin accommodates a maximum of 64 people. Each cabin has four quads, each sleeping 14 in the main room and 2 in a private coaches room. Each quad has its own bathroom facility, with four showers, four toilets, and four sinks. Each coach’s room includes a private full bathroom as well. No cooking is allowed in the cabins at any time. In the center of each cabin is a commons room, which can facilitate a group of up to 80 people for larger group meetings. Some cabins have a microwave oven and a full-size refrigerator for light food preparation. Heavy cooking is not permitted in the cabins.
*While beds & furniture are provided, each group is responsible for its own toiletries and bedding.
Hotel Rooms
Perfect for small retreats or group leadership, each of our three hotel rooms includes a private restroom, bedding, and coffee maker.

Worship Center
Groups of 100 or larger can request the use of our Worship Center. The center can seat up to 1,000 people and has sound and lighting equipment and flexible seating options. Certain staging and equipment may be brought in upon special request and at the ministry's expense. These special requests must be approved in advance of the booking. Detailed specs can be provided upon request.
Solid Rock
Enjoy indoor basketball, volleyball, concession area, and more in our state-of-the-art gymnasium and storm shelter.
Dining Center
A fully staffed dining center is on-site and available for all bookings with 30 people or more. Meals are provided with a 3-meal minimum and individual meals can be added with a per-meal cost as desired. A small sound system is also available inside the dining center for group meetings.
*Heavy cooking is not allowed in the rooms.
